Our fees are negotiated on a per project basis depending on the nature of the property and the stated investor's requirements.

In order to prepare our confidential proposal to you we meet with the appropriate owners / investors and review any relevant documents such as your rent roll, financial statements, etc., and conduct a preliminary inspection of your property.

We then develop a service fee reflective of the work required.
